HEAL Baltimore was founded by Devin Morgan. Being honest, it started with one of the most horrible days of Devin’s life. After being robbed at gunpoint Thanksgiving Day with her employer at the time, Devin decided to turn a negative event into something positive by using that holiday and more days to come volunteering.

HEAL Baltimore was started as Devin seen a direct need for a central location for multiple resources. There are Maryland based websites for food resources, mentorship programs, etc, but there are very limited sources pooling all the information in one place. Devin herself is an active member of the community and has worked with and volunteered for many organizations and events such as Bea Gaddy Family Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake.
